Quick recovery exercises

Hello everyone, my dog, after the accident for nearly 6 months, is now able to walk on a tripod and move his legs a little.
I would like to ask if anyone here has a way for dogs to do quick recovery exercises?

Do you mean quick exercises or a quick recovery? Nerves heal slowly. Was your baby spinal cord injured? What problems did he have? Being able to move as a tripod is a good start! Did you try hydrotherapy (swimming)?
