It works. That's so cool! The coat is goretex or something smooth like that on the outside and flannel on the inside. I bet it slides really well over almost any surface. It would probably work for a dog, too... :D

My guess is it’s nylon. I doubt they last too very long with dragging, but I’d think replacement would be easy. And yes, I’d think a little dog could do the same thing.
