i wanted to tell you something else vet told me. he said for me to never keep a collar on cricket while he was in crate and alone in house. the chance of him getting it caught could choke him or cause damage. hope i have helped some.
i pray your vets will find the trouble and am glad you are crating.

Thanks Connie. Zoe has an appointment this week with a veterinary surgeon. We are going to discuss what to do next. In the meantime, she is staying calm in her crate and I will make sure I remove her collar, too.
