They give minimum measurements on the page you linked- I would think weight isn't the issue, but is the animal large enough? But it looks like it goes pretty small.

The measurements for the NEW MINI WALKIN WHEELS is:

Length: 9-17" (back of front leg to back of rear leg)
Width: 4-9" (widest area of back, shoulders or hips)
Height: 2-9" (from fold of flank to ground)
