Questions & Answers

Q: If my dog goes backwards, what does that mean?

A: This is normal. It means your dog is trying to back out of an awkward situation.
Tips: Try offering some cheese or treats up ahead and praise him for each step forward :D

Q: Why is my dog jumping up and not walking? :treadmill:

A: The wheels or tires are too low. Make sure only the tip of toes are touching the ground.

Q; My dog is dragging his legs on the ground.

A: Dog with paralysed legs should use stirrups so they are 2" off the ground.
Tips: Might also want to buy our High Performance Boots or Rugged & Durable styles. No extra shipping cost if shipped with Walkin Wheels.
