My Wheels are going Inward

If you set up your Walkin Wheels and the wheels look like they are going inward, here is the answer:
Your Cart is UPSIDE DOWN!
The notches on the black knuckle should be facing top of cart (two notches on outer side of knuckle and one notch on inner side of knuckle). Line the one notch inbetween the two notches or refer to manual if this doesn't make sense to you. :)

These three raised marks on the knuckle should be on the top.
