She keeps pulling her leg out

We have a 120# cane corso, who is 2 yrs old. She has already had one knee repaired and we believe her other is going - so it was decided to put her in the wheelchair to recover the repaired leg and give the other rest. The problem we are having - she keeps pulling her left leg out (non- surgical leg) and this is causing all her weight to be on her good leg. I posted a video on facebook but didn't receive any reply's. Is it because the cart is too high? Once she pops out her leg= she starts walking with the cart, but it defeating our purpose. I started first with the cart and then the harness loose and as soon as I lift the harness to take weight off her legs- out goes that leg. Any advice would be appreciated :thankyou:
