Interesting that they essentially made a turtleneck suit out of a standard one, and that Coban-type stuff works great.

Is the heart a decoration or a fastener?

I'm imagining trying to get a kitten wrapped with 18-24" of tape one-handed. They make it look so easy! :hysterical:

I'd say the heart is decoration. It looks to me like it's cut from Coban-type stuff, too. Coban is a brand of that self-sticking crepe bandaging; it doesn't typically need a fastener unless too little is used.
