Congenital malformation and no bladder or bowel control

I work with an animal rescue group and this summer I unchained an abandoned mother dog from a tree and brought her and her 8 one-week-old puppies to my house. One of the puppies has what the vet has said is a congenital malformation in the vertebrae in her lower spine, leading to no control over her bowels or bladder. She dribbles poo and pee constantly. Winter will soon force me to bring her in the house (we're in the deep South) and I'm looking for a diaper that will work for poo as well as pee. Has anyone else dealt with this problem and if so, what was the long-term outcome? Any advice?[/b]
It's probably spina bifida, but you should try expressing, the info in the red sticky at the top of this bb, before using diapers. You'll need to express along with diapers, should you use them, because diapers bring their own problems. Dripping poop an pee all the time isn't good, either, especially outside.
