My cat hasn't pooped in 2-3 days!!!

My 8 year old female kitty hasn't pooped in about 2.5 days. She is meowing more often at night as well. Her behavior is normal throughout the day but at night and early morning hours she meows. I've been wetting down her dry food and mixing it with wet food. She's been urinating regularly. Ive been giving her wheat grass to munch on as well and it doesn't seem to be helping just yet. The last time she pooped (which was 2.5 days ago) it was the same time period before that.......if that makes any sense......meaning she went 2.5 days then pooped then went another 2.5 days.

Help : ) If she doesn't poop soon I'm taking her in to the vet tomorrow first thing!

I would not be overly concerned about 2.5 days but perhaps the vet can give you some stool softener like lactulose syrup if she tends to be constipated.

Is she able-bodied (not spinal cord injured, in particular)?
