Expressing Sylke's bladder

I was having some trouble expressing Sylke's bladder completely and I finally have found the easiest way to express her bladder is to use a towel for a sling and lift her. I also found by rolling up a smaller towel and putting it between the sling and her low belly it gives her just the 'push' she needs to get the job done. It is much easier on her as me kneading on her belly was distressing to her for some reason. This is much more relaxed for her and me because I don't like upsetting her, of course.
