male wrap problem
We have a 35-lb male Welsh corgi who is incontinent and paraplegic. After some trial and error we found what was for a while the perfect wrap for him -- a poise pad inside an adult diaper wrapped around his middle and pinned. However, now that he's getting to be more active it won't stay in place. As he scoots around it gets dragged backward so that he's peeing over the top of it. I read something about suspender-like straps, but he has no shoulders to speak of, so I can't figure out how to make that work for him. And I hate to cover any more of his body than necessary because he gets too warm easily. Any ideas?

The only thing I've heard of using is a Onesie, but that might make him too warm. Also, I'm not sure they come in 35 lb size.
Maybe put a harness on him and have something that will attach to the harness?

Hi! Good to hear from you.

Liebchen in the link above shows an example of suspenders (more like garters) attached to a nylon harness. A harness is safer than a collar, especially for a paralyzed pet. They are shown on a diaper but might work on a wrap.
These photos show Joybie's Piddle Pants and the K-9 Carts Protect-a-Pet suit. The suit might be too warm. Other ideas (including do-it-yourself) can be seen in this article (you may have already seen it):
