Saddle girth as a belly sling for Rottweiler

Source Need help with sling.

Hi all...I received the rear sling for Ilsa from handicapped pets, but I don't think it's going to work. It bunches up pretty badly in the back...it would definitely interefere with her going potty. The rear support leash looks like it might work, but I got the feeling that might be for dogs who only need a little extra support when going up and down stairs, etc. We are still at the stage of needing to support her hind end totally. (she's about 90 lbs). My dad is working on making her something...can anyone point me toward instructions for a home made sling? Right now I'm using a girth from a saddle...the rings on the ends give me a handle. Thanks for any advice or info you can give us! You've all been so very helpful!
