costume parade!

Post by Bobbie »

We attended Corgi Fun Day in Everett, WA yesterday. Here are my boys in the costume contest, Oliver in back, Jack in front.

And here is a closer look at Oliver, who came in first.

That is too cute! I don't know how you think of all this, with the hose and ladder and **a Dalmatian** and even the hat that fits, you must have looked everywhere! And yes, he absolutely SHOULD have come in :trophy:

Cute, Bobbie!!!

It wasn't all that hard as it started with bidding on the cape and hat at last fall's CorgiAid online auction. A friend had the bird ladder, I had a propane hose, and I spotted the Dalmatian at the hardware store in the pet aisle when i was looking for something else. And Jack's eye patch came from the same friend, hat came from Freecycle. I usually am not at all creative with costumes.

I agree--GREAT costume!! I like how you made his cart just another part of the costume.
