4 week old kitten attacked by dog

My mom's 4 week old kitten got attacked by a dog 5 days ago. He's exhibiting signs of brain damage such as walking in circles, and is very disoriented. He's had numerous seizures for the past 2 days, but has not had any today. However, he's been crying a lot and has not defecated in 4 days. He's drinking KMR every 2-3 hours and is eating a tablespoon of prescription AD (very palatable cat food for cats in critical condition). He's tummy is not bloated, but I'm very concerned about the constipation. What can I do to help him before he goes to a vet.

He could have internal injuries...take him to a vet ASAP

He's definitely brain damaged, so he needs meds, like a steroid, even if he doesn't have any other injuries. They can also prescribe lactulose, a sweet, yummy liquid poop softener that's really easy to give, which would make his poop softer for the long run.
