I have an 11 year old Manx. He has spina bifida. He has strong front legs and drags the rear ones behind him. Sometimes can hop a little. He no longer will use a litter box. He has wet stools. And will poo around the room. What is a good diet for him? I have trash bags and newspaper down for him now to poo on. What tips and tricks work for you to help manage? Did you make any diet changes? Do you allow any wet food or treats? 9

Poor Baby. I read online that pumpkin can help to firm the stools. I wish you the best.

:whale: How about using diapers (nappies)? How about expressing poop, if he still pees by himself? If he's empty, he can't be leaving nuggets. As for firming the poop, I think you just need to try different things to see what works for your baby. Fiber, special food, and all kinds of things might do the trick.
