Instructions for Doggie Wheelchair??

We were given a Dewey's Wheelchairs For Dogs for our Rhodesian Ridgeback. Our problem is that we have no instructions. We can't figure out how to get the foolish thing on Captain.

Anyone have some plans or some directions for this??

I am not familiar with a Dewey's Wheelchair. They all are very similar, but can you possibly post a photograph so we can give you some help?
