Free Handicapped Pets small cart

Post by gkorstaran »

Hi,
I bought a small handicapped pets cart to replace my large Jack Russel mixes homemade cart. However he has always preferred his homemade cart which is the one he started off on and got used to.
It is hardly used and I wondered if any pet owner here is looking for a small cart which I am willing to donate within the UK. Not sure whether this is the best way to go about it - if not please advise.

:whale: You might also try UK-based disability groups; I know there are some associated with Facebook. :thankyou: for wanting to donate it!

Hmm. I'm astonished nobody's interested!!! The Facebook groups I know are for cats, so I don't know if those links would help?

I sent an email to Club de Kat to spread the word, and a PM to a UK member here, not sure if she is still at the same address.

Thank you - I too have been astonished ! Can't give it away. But I think disability in the dog world and carts is very unusual in UK - definitely in the North East where I am. I am willing to post anywhere in the UK though.

There is, or was, a cart manufacturer in the UK, but I can't think of the name of it. You wouldn't think it would be THAT unusual!!

OK, I'll repost that. There were definitely some nibbles at the Cerebellar Hypoplasia UK group. Please post back here if and when the cart is taken.
