:hearts: Thanks so much CarolC! Apologies for the delayed reply. I thought I had set up a notification to get an email if anyone replied but it looks like I didn't. I have more updates on Lilly. 💕 She can walk out to go to the bathroom totally on her own now and support herself whether she is going pee or poo. She is also now able to take a fairly long walk with us, still with her sick on to protect her foot. She continues to get stronger and learn how to do more challenging home PT tasks. She can also hold her own when she plays tug o'war with her brother pup. She still doesn't have proprioception in her left leg but she can do just about anything she could before her accident, just a little bit clumsily. We feel very lucky with the progress she's made. ☺️🙌🍀💕

Hi! :D I'm sorry you didn't get notified after the last post. In the past it used to automatically set people for notices by default when they registered, but I haven't looked at how it works lately, that may have changed during one of the software upgrades. I'll check tomorrow. I had written you a much longer reply, but when you didn't come back (which is not unusual, lots of times people don't) I deleted most of it and left the congratulations. I saved a copy of the original reply in a Word doc and still have it. In it I said I would love to see her photo album, and I still would if you still have it in Google. I don't even know how old she is. :)

That is GREAT news about Lilly, especially considering how she started out with a really severe ANNPE. It is wonderful to hear she is completely independent again and can enjoy all the things she used to enjoy, like taking long walks or playing tug o' war. She is just at the 6-month point. I'm so glad you posted the update on her continued progress. I'm sure you'll remember the past 6 months for the rest of your lives! This is so encouraging for anyone in this situation. You put a lot into it, but the results are so worth it!
