Pixel's Story

Meet Pixel 💙

Pixel is a loving little guy with a big heart and a quiet strength. He’s had a rough start before finding his way to LoveyLoaves, so he can be fearful at times—but once he trusts you, Pixel is deeply affectionate and loyal.

Pixel (9 years old) lives with IVDD (intervertebral disc disease) and is paralyzed in his rear legs. He uses a mobility cart to get around and does great exploring the outdoors right alongside his people. He cannot potty on his own and requires bladder expression, which is clean, simple, and easy to learn with guidance.

Despite everything he’s been through, Pixel is a sweet, gentle soul. He does well with kids, women, and other dogs, and he enjoys being part of a calm, loving environment. While he likes getting outside to explore, his absolute favorite thing in the world is snuggling close with his person.

Pixel would do best in an all-women household where someone is home most of the day—people who are patient, kind, and willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to feel safe and loved.

Pixel doesn’t need a perfect home—he needs a committed one. Someone willing to open their heart to a special boy who has so much love to give in return.

Could that be you?
